At Home Sleep Testing by Sleep Doctor, we strive to ensure your diagnostic journey is seamless; however, due to the medical nature of our diagnostic kits, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused equipment. Once a testing kit has been opened or the clinical service has been initiated, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your home sleep test kit is unopened, with the original security seal intact, and that it is within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Contact Support

  Email our clinical support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the specific return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the unused kit in its original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside, and ship it back using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the kit to confirm it remains sterile and unused, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
